Normal check-out is 12:00pm on Sunday 04 October. As the holiday / Chag does not end until 20:03, we can offer an extra night booking until Monday 05 October, at the following prices
– TWIN EXTRA NIGHT €65 – This is a room only rate and does not include any food.
– SINGLE EXTRA NIGHT €130 – This is a room only rate and does not include any food.
Extra Night on Thursday 01 October:
As hotels are expensive midweek in Brussels, can offer an extra night booking for Thursday 01 October, at the following prices
– TWIN EXTRA NIGHT €105 – This is a room only rate and does not include any food.
– SINGLE EXTRA NIGHT €210 – This is a room only rate and does not include any food.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– Booking is only confirmed once the ECJS & JEP office confirm receiving registration and your payment and confirm by email all is confirmed. Until then, we DO NOT guarantee you any place, so do not book any travel to Brussels, until we confirm your place.
– For all bookings (and extra nights), we only guarantee a TWIN shared room as long as there is someone of the same gender for you to share with. Otherwise, we will expect you and offer you to upgrade to a single room.
– For cancellations. Until 23:59 on 1st September, we are happy to give a full refund minus a 50 EUROS fee for us cancelling your booking. Between 1st September until 23:59 on 8 September 2026, we will refund 70% of your payment, providing the event sells out and we manage to re-sell your place. Otherwise we will not be able to offer any refund. After 8 September all cancellations will get no refund even for a medical emergency. You would need to make your own personal insurance claim.
This is our cancellation policy and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. You agree that by submitting any event registration form or “ticket” via our website, you thereby acknowledge that you have read and understand this permission agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
